Tim Gregor

Tim Gregor

Partner

Mr. Gregor is ADG’s senior partner and leads the firm's diligence and strategy practices. He also specializes in Government Services markets. Prior to co-founding ADG, Mr. Gregor was a co-founder and partner at Astralum, LP, an aerospace and defense advisory firm. He was also a Senior Managing Director and Partner at CSP Associates. With 25 years of experience, Mr. Gregor has led or supported more than 500 commercial diligences and roughly 50 growth strategy engagements. Prior to joining CSP, Mr. Gregor was an analyst with the U.S. Government focused on arms production and proliferation. He holds a M.A. in National Security Studies and B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.

Mayur Manmohansingh

Mayur Manmohansingh

Partner

Mr. Manmohansingh leads the firm’s Aerospace practice and is a subject matter expert across Defense and Space domains. Prior to co-founding ADG, Mr. Manmohansingh was a co-founder and partner at Astralum, LP and prior to that was a Managing Director at CSP Associates. Earlier in his career, he spent 5 years at Barclays Capital in the Global Aerospace & Defense Equity Research team covering over 25 companies across the U.S. and European markets. He was also an auditor at Ernst & Young. Mr. Manmohansingh holds an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University and received his BCom. from McGill University.  He is a CFA Charterholder and has attained a CPA certificate.

John Huffman

John Huffman

Director

Mr. Huffman supports transaction and strategic advisory projects in the commercial aerospace, defense, and business aviation markets. Prior to joining ADG, Mr. Huffman was a Director at Astralum, LP, an aerospace and defense advisory firm. Previously, he was a Senior Associate at CSP Associates and held roles at United Technologies in corporate strategy, business development, and finance. Mr. Huffman holds an M.S. in Finance from Georgetown University and a B.B.A. in Finance and Economics from the University of San Diego.​

Matthew Sharpe

Director

Mr. Sharpe is a Director at ADG and supports the firm’s transaction and strategic advisory practices across the Defense and Government Services markets. Prior to joining ADG, Mr. Sharpe was a Vice President of Equity Research at Morgan Stanley, leading coverage of Government Services & Technology and supporting coverage of Aerospace & Defense. Mr. Sharpe began his career in the Defense industry, with roles at both Northrop Grumman and Raytheon. His industry experience traversed Corporate Strategy, Business Development, and Finance Planning and Control. He holds an MBA from Fordham University and a BS in Business Economics from the State University of New York College at Oneonta.

Gina Panaggio

Director of Operations

As the Director of Operations, Ms. Panaggio is responsible for all aspects of ADG’s administrative, human resources, finance and accounting, and IT efforts. She assists the Partners in the development and execution of the overall strategic plan for ADG and serves as the subject matter expert on all operational management and administrative-related issues. Prior to Joining ADG, Ms. Panaggio was the Director of Operations at Astralum, LP. Previously, she was the Director of Operations at CSP Associates for thirteen years. She studied Communications with a concentration in Journalism at DePaul University.

Scott Schonberger

Scott Schonberger

Senior Associate

Mr. Schonberger supports transaction and strategic advisory projects in the commercial and military aerospace, business aviation, and government services markets. Prior to joining ADG, Mr. Schonberger was a Senior Associate at Astralum, LP and before this was Head of Operations for Vidarr, Inc., a small defense contractor based in Portsmouth, NH. Previously, Mr. Schonberger was the Head of Strategy for Poly6 Technologies, an aerospace-focused additive manufacturing company that was acquired in 2019. Mr. Schonberger holds MPP and MBA degrees from Georgetown University and a B.A. from Connecticut College.

Matthew Melanson

Senior Associate

Mr. Melanson supports transaction and strategic advisory projects in the defense and government services markets. Prior to joining ADG, Mr. Melanson led US Government analytic programs focused on regional conflict, non-state actors, as well as the nexus of emerging technologies and national security. Mr. Melanson holds an M.A. in Security Studies from Georgetown University, and a B.A. from Boston College.

Asa Greenaway

Associate

Mr. Greenaway supports ADG’s due diligence and strategy advisory engagements in the defense, commercial aviation, and government services sectors. Previously, Asa worked as an Analyst at Astralum supporting strategic and financial sponsor clients. He earned a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Lehigh University, where he also competed on the Varsity Swim Team.

Sterling Richmond

Research Analyst

Mr. Richmond is ADG's research lead, supporting the firm's diligence and transaction practices. He specializes in the military aviation market and the U.S. defense budget. Before joining ADG, Mr. Richmond worked as a Senior Defense Analyst for Aviation Week Network, where he performed fleet and program-level analysis of U.S. military aviation. Mr. Richmond holds a B.A. in International Affairs from George Washington University.
